Is there really chat rooms where people discuss their problems? If so, how do I get in it? Thanks

yes there is, just click on the word chat, and it will bring up, a new window wiht a console in it and chat will start in a few.

and feel free to chat with whomever is in the chat room..

threre is a little line besdie the room telling you how many is in there and that will give you a good idea of when others are in chat ok..
