What is the problem?
The window won't open? You can't click on the link? What does the error say? Is your java turned on and up to date? What browser are you using (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox)? Sorry, need more detailed info to be helpful.

No..the window won't open. I have Java. I use MIE browser. Sheesh!

it should load automatically...the chat link at the top won't work?

Sometimes just holding down your control key when you click the link that is to pop up will allow the popup, too.

Hi! I tried your suggestion, however, that did not work either. I have gone into my windows settings and enabled pop-ups...&, that has not helped. <font color="red"> </font> .

Do you have another browser you could try? Sometimes its the particular browser. Like Netscape or Firefox.
