such a little thing is such a big deal. i may end up back in bed i'm really pretty worn out now. but i did make it out, i had a nice drive in the rain (i like to drive, so i went to a place a little bit out of the way) and now i'm back.

Good for you!!! My close friend anxiety disorder and can't seem to get out at all. It is such a struggle and people don't understand. I know I sometimes have to force myself to go out as well. I know sometimes staying home makes it worse for me though

Dave,
I am really happy that you had a good day. It is the little things that keep us going sometimes.

Stay strong,

I am so incredibly proud of you, Dave. That is an awesome accomplishment.

You managed to conquer it for part of the day and that is the beginning. I'm anticipating a back slide, for a short time, but afterwards, bigger things to come if you can manage them.

I think that it is really great left the house a major acomplishment after feeling poor for so long. I like to drive as well, It relaxes me. Usually everyday after my stories, I force myself to go out for a bit even if it is just for a short drive. It is nice to hear that you got out of the house. I know it took effort and you did it. Keep it up dave, it is a great start.

Take Care,
