I can't do this anymore. I can't live anymore.
It hurts too much. I can't think or breathe. I can't carry a conversation nor do anything productive. I can't read. It hurts too much. Why can't I go back to a mindless numbness state. There's nothing anymore to do to change this. |

Maybe there are things that can be done but you are not having the support needed. Are you going to see your general medicine doctor any soon?
