This week I got rejected. And felt the rejection.
Now I'm not sure if I'm 'upset' of who rejected me or of being rejected. It's the first time I got rejected and feel it, it bothered me. Is it because I liked this person or because I finally started caring a bit about stuff? I have no clue. I'm not sure and I don't know how to figure it out??? But it obviously put my depression and suicidal thoughts into a worse place then it was. It went from very bad to terrible. |

I'm sorry you are feeling rejected. I think we all do at some time or other. We need others to approve of us and feel rejected when we don't get it. It could be for a lot of different reasons. My fear of rejection stems from my childhood. Rejection can be devastating and add to our depression.
Do you see a counselor? It might help if you had someone that is object to help you through this.

Rejection makes most or us feel worse. I have been interviewing and getting rejectedcted, The man I love dropped me without warning. I guess I will regroup and pull back and get onto what I should do, It is so hard
I hope it gets lighter for you and something good happens. Being regected makes us all retreat |

I know how it feels to be rejected because it happens to me too often. My heart goes out to you. You are a good, kind, and worthwhile person.
