I am extremely depressed from past 3 years I can't feel happy at all I am so much tired all the time I get revengeful thoughts I imagine myself in problems which are not there I think all the time I can't stop thinking I feel like I am living in hell.Does anybody else imagine themselves in problems which they don't have?

I think of "what-ifs" situations, and believe I'm not doing enough, nothing I do is good enough, is that what you mean? I can't explain it but I feel like there's a tornado of anxiety and sad thoughts and I can't escape
