I can't stand it anymore. The rage and anger physically hurts my head and chest. It feels like another heart attack waiting to happen. I've calmed down enough to get here I suppose.

Have you gone to a doctor about the chest and head pain? If not you should make an appt with your family doctor and see what he can do to help you. There are meds that will help with that. If you are already on meds then you might want to ask your doctor to change either the drug or the dosage to see if it helps.

Rage and anger do hurt. They hurt you mentally and psychically. I agree with Jelly-Bean about seeing your doctor. It would be a good idea to see if they can give you something to help until you can learn how to best deal with your anger and rage.
