Hating the rollercoaster of life right now. Stop the world...I WANT OFF NOW!
Why can't I go crawl into my little cave with my blanket and pillow until it's all unicorns and rainbows outside??
Could use a big giant pill of "fukitol"

Hi nervous puppy

Maybe you could crawl under a blanket and think about unicorns and pleasant stuff. Why not? Be gentle on yourself. Fix yourself some tea or find a book or eat some chocolate (unless you are diabetic) find some pleasing things right now.
Thanks for this!
