My teacher is one that believes in loads of problems, and I've also had a very busy work week, and I'm not sure how I'm supposed to do it all when my job keeps making me work extra hours. It's freaking me out because I've worked hard to get here, and now I see it falling apart again. I never succeed in anything, I always have to put my own life on hold for others, and as a consequence I'm always stuck in the same pathetic place I've always been in.

1. you can't do everything, so is there something that you can limit or cut that could lead to more time for the assignment
2. Realize that you have some polarized thinking happening, meaning "I never succeed in anything" I believe that there is one thing that you have succeeded in, it could be as simple as getting up for the day, or posting on PC. 3. Realize that you have control over your feelings, thoughts and actions. This may seem small but the small things add up. And we all do them, even myself. I remember being in classes and feeling like I had too much, and that lead to not getting everything done. Focus on one task at a time, and If you can give up something to get it done, then do it. (Like TV or Facebook) A lot of us do these things but some of us have learned and can pass wisdom to others. Smile. |

That's really good advice, and #2 is something that I struggle with daily.
Is there any way you could work it out with your teacher? Like maybe ask if it can wait until the weekend, or another time. I hope your teacher is the understanding type... |

Sorry for posting again, but it said on the bottom that it was your birthday. Happy birthday!
