Just can't explain the dx away. Everytime I try, I find more evidence of a history that supports the dx. Being categorized with this disorder is a hard pill to swallow. . . Always seems to be followed with.. "And no matter how good you feel, take your meds. . . "

I think you summed it up, alright. I have learned that staying on my meds in a key way to stay well and out of the hospital. No fun. I hate being bipolar but I get by.

Hi UpDownMiddleGround, I'm sorry you're feeling "dragged down" by your dx, but just remember you're way more than just a dx
![]() And you'll fit into so many other "categories" too, "categories" you can feel really proud of/good about........whether you're sensitive, caring, reflective, even whether you have a "good" taste in music ![]() And the dx with the meds for the dx........well they should really give you the help to be you, right?? Which is going to be much more than any one/two/three............particular "category/ies". ![]() Alison |
