Have any of you had this? I'm guessing this is part of depression. I'm not eating nearly enough. Even if I'm hungry (which I'm often not) I get food and sometimes I can eat a bit and then it just seems... repulsive. I can't force it down. Even junkier foods like mac and cheese or grilled cheese sandwich. Got Swiss Chalet the other day (good chicken and fries and sauce) and barely touched it. That's usually a major treat since we don't get restaurant food very often. I've been feeling weak, cold and really tired more often, probably because I just haven't been getting enough food. Does anyone have any tips for this besides just forcing myself to eat because I can't seem to.

I had this problem once from a medication I was taking for autoimmune arthritis. I could tolerate bland foods that need much chewing. I ate lots of homemade smoothies, yogurt, bananas, & Boost nutrition drinks.
Are you taking any meds or supplements that might be causing the problem? I had a problem with not eating enough when I took Wellbutrin. |

Smoothies are a good idea. As long as I try hard to look at it as a drink and not food.
This is just something I struggle with a lot, and have struggled with pre any medications or supplements.
