I'm new here. I am feeling very down. For those who don't know me I am 33 and still a virgin. I thought I found a woman but now she hasn't gotten back to me. I attempted suicide with an entire box of Nyquil and Dayquil and another of sleeping pills last week. Only my 2nd attempt in my life. She hasn't gotten back to me and I am feeling very depressed again. She had been ready to be engaged but changed her mind. I think there might be someone here who knows me.

Hi, I dont know you and I am sorry that you are feeling so down! I have attempted with sleeping pills too before. My fiance and I are going through the challenge of deciding if we should stay together or not. I don't think you should let your virginity define you unless it's in a good way, like you are strong and smart. I can't tell you how to feel better other than to try to focus on you as an individual and remember that waiting until marriage even if it is for religious reasons is a brave and wise decision. stay strong and hold on. Some days will be better abd you have so much support here at PC! This is a great ressource.
I will send you good vibes and happy thoughts

Hello Matt.
I am very sorry for the pain you are going through at this time. I feel that you need to see a therapist to help you deal the the impact of the feelings you are having at this time. A professional can help you get therough the painyou are having at this time in a more structured and less harmful manner. I hop ethe best for you Matt. Take care of yourself Soidhonia
