Hello everyone
I'm feeling so bad , i dunno what to do , i'm a kinda lonely and no one talks to me but whenever someone does and started getting closer and being my friend , i feel the need to talk to him /her all the time , i know i shouldn't and they have lives too , but it's kind of depressing being lonely again after having a company , is that normal ? Pleaase help !

Its normal to have feelings of loneliness when you are struggling. Humans are social animals and require the companionship at times to help us through tough times. If you are unable to speak to anyone IRL, definitely use this site to your benefit. If you need to speak to someone, come to chat, many members there would be more than happy to chat with you and help you through your rough patches. ((hugs))

Hi lara,

I think it's hard to be social and meet new friends when you're depressed. People sense it and it will make them uncomfortable. On the other hand, if you can start to get better, you'll not only feel better yourself, but people will naturally just want to be with you more.

There are lots of promising things to do for depression. Here's what I think is the best overall plan:
