I just went through these sad emotions on Thursday and it landed me in the ER. I don't really feel like doing much of anything except sleeping and/or crying. I feel so abandoned and betrayed by my "friends". I don't know what to do anymore.

i am sorry your friends arent there for you. i understand what that is like so dont even bother calling them so i am not disappointed. i am tired of getting hurt because they arent there for me when they say they will be. it is ok to cry. it is a good release. is there anything you can find to do to distract yourself. i like watching comedies. netflix would give you an endless variety. or coloring. i have coloring books and crayons on hand. and i paint as well. anything that is going to keep you busy. even cleaning.....yikes!

I'm so sorry that your "friends" weren't there for you
