The information about brain and memory probably been around for a long time, but it isn't until now that i am paying attention. Stress factors causing most of it.

I notice because i have been forgetting and the skills i used to have, i just don't have. This depression and stress that have happened really destroyed my life.

I have been working on my brain.

They say it can turn around.

I guess, it was in the back of my head and i kept saying i believe my mind is the cure.

Just noticing how vulnerable state i am without my brain function.
I am lucky right now, but i must heal quickly. It is real important.

Anybody have thoughts on this?

It seems like when I am really depressed I cannot concentrate and function mentally up to par. I will forget things I normally would not forget. Stress also seems to do this to me and it is so frustrating.

I would rather have a physical ailment any day than a mental one. To me, I feel like I can rise above and cope with a physical problem, or physical pain. I cannot cope with a mental problem, like severe depression or anxiety. Mental problems hold me back from everything.

I am hoping something out there works for you with depression, memory, brain function.
