I am wondering about the benefits derived from practicing meditation. My daughter has left the roost and off to college...freeing up here room. I would like to get a egg shaped contour chair....where I can relax after work...and try my hand at meditation...does anybody practice meditation.....any and all feedback I would greatly appreciate...Thanks...Artie

I do it for anxiety and it works really well.
