i have to post this because i have beem so down for so long. yesterday i saw no light at the end of the tunnel, certain people in here who are wonderful helped me through the night, today i feel so much better, i have an appointment with a psychotherapist on friday and my meds have been changed and i see the light at the end of the tunnel again. please please never ever think you'll never be good again, cos i was lower than low yesterday and today there is so much hope.

Thank you so much for that! I'm worried I won't get better but now I read your post, I now know that there is something that works. Glad you are feeling better jinnyann!

Hi Jinny Ann,

Support from friends, the right medication, and seeing a good therapist can make a huge difference. It is amazing sometimes how much difference a day can make in our view on life in general, and our own lives in particular.

i forgot to thank all my friends on here who have helped and supported me so far along my journey cajun,snowy,muffy,versus, soid, agony, freewill, nina, lilith, fuzzy, dec, katheryn, sabau,tymber,heyjoe, direction, sweet, sky, bronee, mel,raynaadi, lucky, inny, izzy, rio, rhapsody,jefftele,samm,jlove,madmusician, psyclox, talulah,biiv,dessy,jg,selfharmer,fayerody,canders, sky, piscisi, simon, chalmette and of course doc john for giving us this site in the first place. sorry if i missed anyone its early lol love you all, hope we remain friends for a long long time.

hi jinnyann. .

you inspired a lot with what you have posted. You just set an example on how to be strong and not lose hope during times when you feel so low. We just have to believe that we will get through all the pains in our life. Just think positive. hope for all....

thank you so much for posting that jinnyann. the light at the end of your tunnel makes me want to try harder to see the light at the end of my own.
