There are some hurting people in here and I wanted to apologize for being so wrapped up in my own crap that I can't be properly supportive to the rest of you. sorry We're all in this together, but sometimes it's hard to see out of your own abyss in order to help others out of theirs.

Hope we all heal soon.

Candybear, it's fine. We have our good phases and we have our bad phases. I think you're fine. You help and support me plenty.
Don't worry about it. (((((((Candybear)))))))))) sorry

You've always been there for me, Candy, so don't worry about sometimes not being available. It's understandable when your own pain gets ahold of you and won't let go.

You think a lot like me. sorry Take time for yourself, and then you'll get right back up again. I want my friend to feel better soon - you've always been so good to me and helpful and supportive of many.

Hi candybear,

I, too, feel similar to what you expressed. I'm always amazed at those here who are continually available to lend support. Where do they get the ***mental energy*** from to do it? I read a few posts and my brain feels like it's going into meltdown mode. Kudos to all who can manage it and still tend to their own issues.

I've felt both overwhelmed and really good offering my two cents. It's a risk - afraid to say the wrong thing when in a certain state of mind.

I'm greatful for PC -

There are times I read a post and feel the same weight - comforting to know I'm not the only one.

There are times I think I can be helpful - not sure if that is just in my mind or if the posts are helpful.

I don't think it is anyone of us that have some great mental energy - I think it is all of us collectively being here that creates the great energy...
