Why does it keep creeping back? I was so much better (haven't posted for awhile), but now I'm sinking again. I sometimes feel that nothing is worth it anymore... like there's no point to anything. Sorry, just feeling so down today. Yesterday I saw the psychiatrist and he wanted to up the AD dose - that's all he does whenever i see him - he said he needed to get me in complete remission - is that even possible?

Hi Ouch,

Having just the right level and combination of medicine is critical to your suffering the least.

You CAN feel better!! We do slide back sometimes depending what is going on in our lives.

Don't give up. As long as you are still alive -- THERE IS HOPE!!

Hugs,

EJ

For me, outside events have a lot to do with the ebb and flow and definitely trigger it.

I just feel like I'm going down again. Why does this happen? how can I prevent it? Not sleeping again, not eating properly, feeling stressed and sad again. So frustrated!!!!! It's like the pills have stopped working. I have just been working for 1 month (had to take a 2 month leave), and already falling apart again!
