I hate life, I HATE IT, HATE IT, HATE IT! If my husband still had his guns in this house I would probably blow my freaking head off but they made him remove his guns from the home.

Sometimes I hate life, too. Sometimes life is very hard (or challenging, if one wants to be positive), and I feel my spirit has been broken by too much disappointment, rejection, and bad luck.

I am sorry that you are feeling hopeless and overwhelmed at this time. I am very glad you have reached out to Psych central for help and support that you need at this time. Have you called your therapist to talk to them about how you are feeling at this time? Your therapist may be able to help with the helplessness you are feeling at this time, and help you sort thing sort out why/ how you are feeling and help you to move past this in a more positive manner.
