Hey guys! I'm still alive. Lol. So I'm taking Wellbutrin and it's not helping anymore. I think in the beginning I felt better because of a placebo effect. I see the doctor May 5th. I wrote him like 10 pages about my life, feelings, and EVERYTHING. I did it where he will know everything about me for a proper diagnosis. Right now I'm not sure of my diagnosis. I'm not otherwise specified until he knows me better. I feel nervous about giving him the letter because it's embarrassing because it about everything and I'm scared he will think I'm weird.

And Trazodone doesn't help at all with sleeping.

Honestly, I think the letter is a fantastic idea. It should give your doctor some insight into your life that he wouldn't normally be able to get. When I began seeing my previous psychiatrist, I walked in with a detailed history of my mood swings, symptoms, and a brief "personal statement" so he would have an easier time understanding how my bipolar affects me. He thanked me for the information, read through it, and asked if he could add it to my chart for future reference. I imagine your doctor will be happy that you're trying to make his job easier.

I'm sorry about your insomnia and depression. I hope it improves soon.
