I no longer make sense to myself. I'm in a neverending cycle of fallacious reasoning. Mostly circular and selfdefeating Does anyone else have this problem in a depressive episode?? It is driving me mad. I feel like an ostrich. *** in the air head in the dirt. I can't stand it.

I feel the same way when the depression has gotten hold of me. I realize that my thinking is bad/wrong/makes no sense but can't seem to figure out what to do about it
Thanks for this!

Does it usually revolve around yourself or does it bleed it other things as well? I can't seem to hold a decent conversation anymore.
