So far TODAY, I've had 2 long crying spells.

I've been on my own now, for 6 weeks. Ashamed to say that I'm having such a hard time with it. I'm not seeing ANY signs, that I'm going to be able to handle it well. It's been 6 weeks, and I'm not in NO WAY, any better.

The feelings I'm dealing with (as for being alone) is, depression, loneliness, & fear.
Guess I should add to that, "feeling sorry for myself".

Its takes time to ajust, be patient with yourself, if you want to have a good cry thats OK.
This will pass.
