We’ll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help confirming your name, we’ll reach out for additional documentation.
If you google it, you will know it's from facebook, I got locked out of my facebook account. It may sound silly, but it’s not. I have nothing, facebook is one of my major connection to outside. It’s frustrating. ![]() I just want to go into some facebook hobby group that I joint, and see if anyone reply my question post. Why did fb have to be so picky, I am not a spam. I retried, but still locked out of my account. This is depressing. ![]() |

Did you get an email about anything? I would think that they would want to let you know why even if vaguely.

Hi,
Thanks for contacting us. At this time, we can't verify your name. It might be because it doesn't follow our name standards and has: - Symbols, numbers, unusual capitalization, repeating characters or punctuation - Characters from multiple languages - Titles of any kind (ex: professional, religious) - More than one person’s name, because Facebook accounts are for individual use Facebook is a place where people use their authentic identities, and we want to make sure you can use yours. If this is the name you are known by in everyday life, please help us verify it by attaching a copy of an ID that shows your name, photo and date of birth in a reply to this email. We accept the following types of documentation: https://www.facebook.com/help/www/15...162185/?ref=cr ============================================================================================================= What types of ID does Facebook accept? You can confirm your identity in 1 of 3 ways. When submitting documentation, please cover up any personal information we don't need to verify your identity (ex: credit card number, Social Security number). We encrypt people’s connections to Facebook by default, including IDs you send to us. We delete your ID information after verification is complete.
Option 1 We will accept any government-issued ID that contains your name and date of birth. Examples include:
You can provide two different forms of ID from the following list (ex: a bank statement and a library card, but not two bank statements). The names on your IDs must match each other, and one of the IDs must include a photo or date of birth that matches the information on your profile. Below are some examples of IDs we'll accept:

I now understand why many are discontent with fb. I hope something similar can replace fb.
I mean I don't' mind looking at ads etc (so they can earn money), but I don't want to give up my private information. |
