I dunno why, may be because I was very unhappy this whole week, and I am generally depress most of the time or ???....
....I dunno. I was shocked by what I did too.

I was eating dinner and I accidentally bite myself, and then I gone rage. I yell and throw the dish on the floor.

It's okay. During my worst times, it's only taken the smallest mistake for me to end up losing my temper. You don't want to make it a habit, but it is understandable sometimes. Coming from someone who has lost their temper a ridiculous amount of times, it gets easier to manage. Especially when you're left feeling stupid with a dust pan and brush in your hands, haha.
Thanks for this!

If I am startled by something - just about anything, some percentage of the time I will become uncontrollably "hyperaroused." The coffee stains on the ceiling of my kitchen bear witness to this.

Well, they say that depression is 'anger locked up' so it's a case of allowing that emotion to have some sort of outlet from time to time in a safe way.
