I really like my current T. She has been my very first T and I feel like I've built trust with her and she has even gone the extra mile in some cases and put that extra effort in for me.
But I have to find a new T...I've been looking through some new possible T's the past whole week. It has been so difficult in trying to find a new T though...the thought of no longer seeing my current T and having to find a completely new stranger is really distressing for me. ![]() |

I am so sorry you are having to get a new T. I understand. You build up a certain trust with someone and then it is hard to change to a new person. Best of wishes.

So sorry you have to change. Remember no T is for life, maybe have a couple in mind, so if you don't get on with the first, you have another ready. I was referred to a counsellor, specialising in Self Harm Recovery, when I first met her I was floored, really thought I wouldn't get on, but she grew on me and now I feel safe with her. Good luck
