today, i think i had a good day, but i can't really tell anymore because i've felt so down and numb for so long that i just feel odd, and not really happy. it's like i didn't process the fact that today was a good day. anyone else felt this?

I did feel like this before, but soon after that, I realized that I should be happy. I took days upon days of break from numbness and sadness, but it came back again. I'm on a supplement now that is really helping me achieve that again, because whenever something great happens, the opposite immediately happens and revert my mood to wherever it was.
Thanks for this!

For me it hurt to smile at first (very odd I know) but after that it was a lot better. Yeah I think your body is getting used to it. It may take some time.
