I have depression from being overwhelmed. I dont want to do anything but watch tv.. I hope the activity of posting will help me to take actions to help myself

Yes, depression can be quite debilitating. Sometimes watching tv is all that I can manage, too. I do find that being on PC helps. It gives me a place to belong. I hope you feel better soon.
