I have physical problems too that severely limit my work options and now my depression is severe so I can't work for that reason either. Viscous circle. Sending good wishes for some kind of help and support for you. Sorry nothing better to offer.

Sorry to hear of your physical problems. As for money problems I can only say that your in good company with 99% of us and every American these days.
I know it's hard to do, but if it's true that your Depression is strictly situational then I promise you can fight back. Try to put away the big picture and pick just one thing to focus on that will get you closer to better physical health. Try not to fix everything at one time. Then after that one thing is fixed, move to the next like a laser until it is finished. Do not measure progress by weeks or months. Keep on one matter to resolve at a time. Then hit the next problem, then the next after that. After a year of this then look back and you will see progress. Wake up each day and just thank God your depression is not of a neurological nature. if your mind is working well then anything, even physical problems can be beat. For example if it is Type 2 Diabeaties (sorry wrong spelling) then good news! You can switch to a mostly plant based diet and this condition is nearly 100% curable with the right food. Once you heal the body, then the money will come. Few people even know that 99% of physical illness can be cured with the right foods. The nutritionist of today is the Doctor of tomorrow. More Meds is not always the answer. As I've often said to myself, "God why couldn't you have given me a broken body and not a broken brain?" I could fix a broken body if my damn brain worked. |
