It seems the past year my stomach has shrunk a bit due to me not eating anything over 1 1/2 meals a day. I can fix me a meal in the intention of zapping this horrible fatigued feeling from hunger, but with every bite it gets harder to chew and swallow it. Because of that, I primarily find myself drinking whole fat milk and smoothies so I won't become just a bag of bones.
I sure miss the days where I had the energy to spend a few hours cooking something lasagna, or where I could just enjoy a meal for what it is, rather than eating just enough to keep from feeling like I have a low-grade fever. |

Hello. I'm wondering if you'd find it possible to eat a very small meal say twice per day. Don't put too much on the plate, maybe use a big plate with a really small amount of proper healthy food if you can, that way psychcoligically, it will seem a much lesser amount. I'm afraid I'm opposite to you and forever hungry and my depressing problem can be binging when depressed or feeling bad, this is learned behaviour as all of my family do it. I'm a slim size now only because I severely restrict food when I'm not feeling so depressed. Actually though, you can aquire many ''health'' or even so called ''protein diet drinks'' which contain all of the days nutreients to help to keep you safe. Why don't you have a mixture of small amounts of decent food, and the rest in your favourite smoothies, health drinks etc. Hope that many help BUT, if you feel in any way that your food is becoming hard to smallow, or that something in your throat is in the way, don't desitate to see your Dr. Love Waggoedog.
