I am feeling better today. I talked to my boss about the problems that just kept comming up and I held it inside without discussion. I also had a good weekend and went on couple of runs, even a hike! I told my mom that I'm going to therapy. The first reaction was horrible, but then she turned around and was quite helpfull. MAybe it was it: just holding everything inside me without asking for help. Maybe that's where I broke down.

Asking for help is a big step.... and not always easy. It is the biggest step and often most difficult. You are on your way.... Good for you.

Hello SK.
That is a very big step in recovery is getting help. Fortunately your family sounds rather supportive of the idea which is good. I hope things keep going in a positive manner for you in the future. Take care and good day. Soidhonia
