I am noticing that I feel a lot better when I don't eat wheat, bread in particular. Anyone else experience that?

I tried a gluten free diet a few years ago and noticed a significant mood increase after about a week. I finally got lazy and quit the diet. May try it again.

I cut gluten flour into lines and snort it. I go blind for about 20 minutes but it's worth the buzz.

depression and wheat

I actually have celiac disease and have to eat gluten free. I noticed my mood increased at the very beginning - within a week or so. This was years ago. But since then I have no idea as I've never eaten it again. I have read that some celiacs have have improved significantly and have been able to stop taking all anti-depressants.
