I was feeling real bad and checked myself into stress center. My friend told my metation group. How can I show myself to the group?

I'm not familiar with a stress center. Are you assigned someone to help guide you?

Will going back to the group cause more damaging stress than not going to the group? Is switching groups an option?

Perhaps your friend meant well, but it would be best to discuss your private boundaries with them.

Hi Clay,

I hope you're feeling better.

I don't think you have anything to be ashamed of at all. It might even be an interesting meditative experience to go back to your meditation group and tell them what happened, mindfully witnessing whatever comes next. You may be amazed.
