Im thinking of going to see a psychologist because Ive been depressed since 2000 but it was triggered off by my mother in laws death. I walk around without feeling my body.I fall asleep after ive had coffee or whenever I sit down for five minutes. I dont have ideal sleeping conditions though. My husband has our house with constant noise. Our cat is like Fred Flinstones cat 4 or 5 am etc. I often mesmerize myself looking at train tracks but because of my religious convictions I could never under any circumstance act on anything. I have all symptoms written at the site about dysthymic disorders except to do with appetite. But I do have a condition called BIH Intracranial hypertension and have had 2 lumbar punctures. and have an Essential Tremor. My brain hooks a little and traps fluid there. Currently I take zero medication. Any advice is accepted. (I just put a trigger Icon in case the mention of train tracks disturbs anyone.) Dysthymic disorder? Dysthymic disorder? Dysthymic disorder? Its 8.32pm here
