I found a career I liked, a job I liked, a job with better pay. Nothing is wrong and everything is going right.

I suddenly start hating my job, dreading it. I find no pleasure in anything. I'm on anti depressants again. I have no motivation. Nothing.

I was perfectly fine, on top of the world even, for 5 months. And now this.

I'm so so sick

I can sympathise with you I was doing great for several months and then something changed... I don't even know what changed. Besides the fact like you I got a different job. A new job can bring different stressors which can change the mind. Just keep in mind that we all can get better.

It's not the job that's stressing me out. It's the mood. It's like I can't enjoy anything again

Aw I'm sorry to hear that! Talk to you soon
