I don't know what to do anymore. Depression and anxiety is so bad that all I can do is stay at home. I've lost interest in everything. I feel hopeless, worthless and sometimes feel that life is not worth living. My husband does not understand the depression and what I'm going through. I don't know what my purpose is.

littleman1 - I feel the same with my husband! If youīve never been depressed you will never get depressed. If you have never felt pain you canīt understand what a broken arm feels like but my husband and so many others think they understand and want to help with depression but just donīt know how. I sent this to my daughter the other day to try and explain how I feel and the cartoons put a smile on my face, hope it raises your spirits if only to know that it isnīt just you, there are loads of us who feel like you do but it will pass, eventually, have faith xx
