Have you ever heard of the writing exercise where you write a letter to get out your feelings, but then not actually send it to the person? I've found that it helps me to vent, get all the frustration out, and then be able to move on. I hope such an exercise could also help all of you to deal with issues relating to depression and those who have wronged you.
In that spirit, I'm sharing today's Letter not sent: Dear a$$hole wanna-be father, How dare you try to add me as a friend on Facebook?! You’ve never been a friend to me, in any capacity or by any stretch of the imagination. I do not want you in my life anymore. I thought I’d made that abundantly clear when you were not invited to my wedding, and by the fact that I don’t speak to you unless I am forced to. You’ve screwed me over too many times, had too many 2nd and 3rd chances, hurt me too badly in the past, and I am simply done with you now. Like a gangrenous limb, I am severing you and cauterizing the wound. So kindly please f off, and never intrude on my life again.
