this was another really stressful day for me (and i napped again) there is a lot going on now... a lot of it is good but scary, and i'm still feeling vulnerable so i'm trying to fight the urge to just hide under my covers.

tomorrow I plan to take a trip to visit a friend about an hour away... it should be a nice drive for me and a good visit.

the days are still slipping by way to fast and i don't get stuff accomplished that i have to do in order to move forward. I'm going to let myself have a good day tomorrow but I can't keep putting stuff off.

That's great that you're getting away from the house, Dave! I hope you really have a good drive and a good time with your friend!

We'll be waiting to hear how it went, ok? today and tomorrow

...hiding under the covers works for me.

and, why not? why can't we keep putting stuff off? if no one else is in our life to help, what business is it of theirs that nothing gets done on time or right?

I know, I know... paying bills late costs money, not getting your yard done might result in a letter and fine from the HOA.... not eating ...

everything has it's consequences. the problem is we notice ours more intensely.

go for a good day.. someone should have them.

Hello Dexter.

I think you push yourself way to hard.

You have so much wisdom while helping others...
