Today I am just like most days. Just blah. I'm tired even after 9 hrs solid. Regular doc says all test check out. So my energy level should be ok.
I am not happy at work. It is a source of frustration for me. Been trying to find some way to make a living doing something I enjoy. Something without all of the corporate silliness. But I don't have any energy at the end of the day to focus on anything related to that search. I know my depression is the cause. That adds to my frustration. Just spinning my wheels. I'm the sort to work to solve problems. Not being able to fix this is weighing heavily on me. What a cycle of frustration depression is. Grrr Sent from my HTC Desire 610 using Tapatalk |

"...all test check out" kind of jumps out at me. There is a long list of common problems that can make major contributions to low energy and/or depression and M.D.s don't often check for all of them unless you really ask. Could he/she have meant "I don't see anything wrong in whatever tests I have done"? See point1 here for some of the common things that could be wrong http://forums.psychcentral.com/4262681-post105.html ![]() |
