Really whats the point, its mostly just suffering. And trying to save face I guess by taking medication/therapy. But life is mostly suffering, from my experience. And im Not in any immediate danger. Im just "chugging" by or sometimes barely i guess. just seems so pointless sometimes. I guess i can only try to better myself

In the grand scheme of things, thats all any of us can do. But always remember that while it seems like suffering now, with the right help, there is a light at the end of the track your are chugging down.
