I am feeling very suicidal right now and not sure what i should do, i no i dont belong on this planet of beautiful. my mind see's everything as Black and white.

a friend once told me Life is what you make it, but can that happen with a demon residing inside my mind? thankyou for reading.

Hi Anthony

Welcome to PC!!
Glad you joined us, you're going to find a lot understanding and supportive people on here.
It sounds like you're struggling a lot, and you're absolutely right, sometimes just trying to tell yourself to think positively or "in different shades" just doesn't cut it.
But that's not to say that with the right support things/your feelings/your thoughts can't change.
There have been plenty of people feeling similar to you, who have come through, who have emerged on the other side, who have beaten their demons...........so please hang on in there and keep reaching for support. I know that sometimes seems a lot easier said than done but.......
And while I've got to say.........if you're feeling like "hurting yourself" please consider contacting a helpline/crisis line (a lot of people do find them helpful), please keep talking to us too..........either add on here or make a new thread/s..........and again welcome!!

Alison

Hi antgunn and welcome to pc. I am so sorry you are hurting so much. We are here for you. I know how hard it is to "just think positive." If you are at a point where you feel like you may harm yourself do call a helpline/crisis line. I am hoping you can get the support and help you need to feel better. There are many kind and wonderful people on this site who care. Keep posting to us and stay safe.

don't let the darkness fool you. demons play tricks. nothing you feel now is permanent...everything can change. do not let the demons win. your life is precious. fight! you can win.
