I get depressed over little things. For an example, I am depressed over this girl I talked to for a week and then she all of a sudden stopped talking to me. I liked her a little bit. We were talking about going on a bowling date on Monday night but then she stopped talking to me. This week I got paranoid at work and when I get paranoid I get really anxious and sometimes think people are following me, are going to attack me, I just get paranoid with people around me. That really sucks and that makes me depressed. I take 3 APs and I still get paranoid. My therapist said that the way to not get paranoid anymore is to work on my security in myself. I have low confidence and low self esteem. I want to know ways to raise my confidence and self esteem.

I'm sorry you are feeling this way right now. One thing that raises my self-esteem is my hobbies. Maybe you could find a hobby to keep you busy and maybe it will have a positive effect on your self-esteem.

I'm you're struggling at this time. I too find that getting absorbed in something I enjoy makes me feel more confident. Maybe writing down alternative reasons why someone says or does something that your paranoid thoughts react to can help, for example, someone is abrupt with you and you feel you must have offended them or the hate you when maybe they have a headache, fell out with their partner or are concentrating hard, so a short reply was all they can manage. Re reading the commoner ones may help you realise it's not all down to you. I found this site helped me.

If it's deeper than that and you are having delusions about other people, then Pdoc or other medical help would be necessary.
