I feel like I'm failing therapy....I think my T is getting frustrated and irritated. I feel like I should just do everyone one better and disappear.

Don't give up yet! Therapists are only human too-- and you may see your own frustration reflected in her (or him). Good luck!

Your therapy is for YOU. Not to entertain or satisfy the therapist. If you need something your T is not giving, talk about it. This is one place where it is "all about you"!

I agree, therapy is for you, for your help and benefit. Also, if this therapist is not helpful it may be time to find a new one? Hang in there.
