Ruby Wax does a phenomenal job explaining to the world how mental health works and why our brain is not ready to be in the 21st century. This video explained how what we experience isn't imagination and that it happens for a particular reason.
Now I must say that I believe in pushing to find happiness and not always dwelling in our depression, etc. But most of the time, it is not really in our control to say what will give us anxiety or not.

Hope you enjoy this video.
Share with friends if they don't understand it.

She's totally right about the stigma. It don't know will that ever change? You can see she is still suffering but fighting against this disease. Thanks Ruby Wax.

I think it will change. From what I see, there's been more awareness on mental illnesses and I think we're heading towards the right direction.
More people are understanding how we don't choose to have this, it just happens, in our biology somehow.
Yes it is nice to see someone who is battling an illness and is still moving forward with her life.
Thanks for this!
