The distractions are stale and slowly rotting. And what remains is muted by isolation and rejection. What am I waiting for.

Yes, sometimes we come to a plateau of zen or nothingness. We can look at it and unmute ourselves and voice our feelings or opinions. Journaling is wonderful for i can go back in time and view where i was, what i was reflecting upon. Often times we are so use to busyness we think something is wrong when nothing is happening. It takes great skill and care to be comfortable within our own being, in the wisdom of silence. Instead of stale and flat, you can hear a whisper in the stillness if you tune into what your heart is telling you. tc.
