I'm not close to my family, last time I saw them all was at Thanksgiving last year. I haven't been invited yet to this year's holiday, which I know is happening cause my mom, who's not attending, has been invited. I'm bummed about about it but I'm also depressed! Which has been shaping my lack of interactions with them. I hate feeling lonely during the holiday season.

Do you have to wait for an invitation? Can't you reach out to them?
Thanks for this!

That is what my boyfriend says. It's hard when I'm down to ask for things! But you're right

I agree with Tauren.

I know how hard it can be to ask for things, but I say take care of yourself and venture forth. You can do it!
Thanks for this!
