I'm where you're at, sophiesmom. Let's try some diversion, maybe? Right now that's PC...and my cat. She's been good for that for 11 1/2 years, bless her tiny heart.

I have a migraine from crying so much (as well as lack of proper sleep; I worked another 3rd shift last night which I suspect is effing with my mood). I took some Imitrex but it only calmed the roar, didn't take it away.

I also want pizza. Really, really want pizza. But I will just beat myself up if I get some.

So I'm here on PC just bumming around, trying to get myself through this night. We'll make it. We always do, hey?

PS I initiated the process to get myself back into therapy through the employee assistance program at my work. They give 6 free counseling sessions (not at work, ofc) and it is at a place that would be affiliated with my insurance so I could continue there. I think I need to talk to a pro once again. And get help for this apparent eating disorder, which I've never ever actually addressed in counseling before.

How have you dealt with "it" up till now?
Is there a way to safely part with "it?"
