I took a whole bottle of Tylenol pm when I was a teen. Just got pumped full of charcoal and sick for days. I figure, you survived. If for no other reason than this, you shouldn't give up. It didn't kill you because it's not your time yet. Seek help, support, and anything else that you can.

Don't give up, never stop trying to find something that'll make you happy. Even if it's little things like the smell of freshly cut grass, a rainbow after the rain, your favorite movie, catchy song... If it's something, hold onto it.

I am sorry jman. That happened to me too a year ago. You will feel good, it takes time and patience. Things don't stay the same forever. Hang in there!

Jman,

In 2012 I was on the edge and a risk to myself. Luckily, I had a GP I trusted fully who got me changed onto the right med - Mirtazapine - and put me into emergency Counselling. This pulled me back, enough that when my Therapist abandoned me after my Cancer dx in May '13 I was mentally strong enough to continue. That is not to say my Depression is lifted in any way.

I believe that this is clearly not yet your time, you need to have the issues with the balance of your meds for your multiple issues addressed and you are in the position where talking will be of great benefit. Please speak to your GP or Therapist asap.

Dave.
