Today I've only had a frozen waffle with syrup and a sweet potato. All day.

Do any of you have no appetite occasionally? Any tips to make sure I'll be okay?

I'm a little worried, because I've never really had this before. I tend to get dizzy if I go too long without food and I don't want to pass out or something. It's close to my bedtime though, so maybe I'll sleep it off and be ready for breakfast in the morning...?

it's one of the depression side effects . I have no pleasure in eating food and would rather skip it. but I convince myself that I need to feed myself bc it's the least I can do for my hardworking body... make sure u eat protein, chicken.. can go to the supermarket and but hot and ready chicken , decaffeinated drinks too so u don't get anxious or have a hard time sleeping at night. I drink mint majesty from Starbucks , it's decaf. if u can buy and take vitamins. no substitute but it's something... It's taking baby steps that helps too. you can start with one good meal, then the next day eat two meals, and keep going until you feel u can eat a little more . I just started eating chicken and white rice for dinner. it fills me up .

Well done harmlessgirl.

Sometimes with depression it's hard for me to eat and sometimes hard to stop eating. If you can stick to nutritious food when you feel reluctant to eat, it will help your mood. I find that eating too much sugar or missing meals (especially both) can make me feel worse than I need to.

Well done again, keep up the good work. ❤️
