I do not know. But I've been made to feel like I do not exist because I have not been a "priority" - mostly in health care. So therefore I do not exist in the minds of the people who "count". Therefore they, the people in power, do not even respect me. And I do not deserve respect because they think they understand reality. I don't know.

Hello mountainstream: From my perspective, health care is pretty-much just a giant assembly (or perhaps disassembly) line. I try to avoid it as much as possible. Having to have too much to do with it can certainly be a real downer. Hope you're not having to spend too much time there...
